Sei suites diversamente arredate a tema, con accesso individuale, giardino e area fitness privata. Il meglio dell’ospitalità per un gatto!
Menù à la carte, o meglio, “à la cat”, dove il proprietario dell’animale può scegliere fra tante deliziose pietanze per gatti: pesce bianco, tonno, salmone, pollo, fegato, e tutto servito in piatti di fine porcellana.
Una camera elegante con letti a baldacchino e morbidi cuscini, musica durante il giorno e servizio di “grooming” (toelettatura) a richiesta. Presto verranno installate delle web cam nelle camere per dare modo ai padroni dei gatti di poter vedere con i loro occhi i loro beniamini come se la spassano!
Quanto costa? Circa 18 euro per la suite normale e per un gatto e poco più di 22 euro per la suite più grande; ci sono sconti se i gatti sono due e così via. I pasti e servizi extra sono a parte.

A luxurious new feline hotel in England may make it possible for your pet to have an even better vacation than you.
Four-legged guests who check in at the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel in Welwyn Garden City, not far outside London, can feast from the hotel’s organic “à la cat” menu – featuring delights including poached salmon, tiger prawns and steamed white fish; all served on silver platters and bone china dishes – and then sleep in six individually decorated chalets.
Guest cats are treated to jazz and classical music from a state-of-the-art sound system. Bird houses are fixed outside their private bedroom windows to keep them entertained and porcelain water fountains flow with fresh water to keep kitty from getting thirsty.
An optional Grooming Package is available as well and includes eye and ear treatments, a nail job, massage and shine.
The cost for all this feline pampering is surprisingly reasonable. A normal grade suite costs just €18 a night, while the larger ones go for €22 – roughly $24 and $29 respectively. Special menus and beauty treatments are optional.

ATTUALITA’/VIAGGI – La Spiaggia di Pluto, la famosa spiaggia di Bibione, premiata lo scorso febbraio “come migliore spiaggia per cani d’Italia”, ricevendo il premio “Accoglienza bestiale, turisti a 4 zampe”, indetto dal Ministero del Turismo, ha aperto puntualmente dal 1 maggio 2010 la sua terza stagione consecutiva.
L’area dedicata si trova all’estremità est dell’arenile di Bibione (settore 1), con accesso da via Procione e i servizi offerti per i quattro zampe e i rispettivi proprietari sono eccellenti.
All’utente viene fornito l’ombrellone con sdraio, lettino, ferma-guinzaglio, sacchetto raccolta escrementi, ciotola per abbeverare il cane, acqua corrente per il risciacquo dell’animale ed informazioni sui medici veterinari reperibili. Il cane può fare il bagno nello specchio d’acqua antistante il settore, rilassarsi sulla sabbia o sulla sdraio, e anche giocare o seguire i corsi gratuiti di agility.
Il servizio viene effettuato con l’impiego di personale idoneo, dedito alle pulizie, alla sorveglianza e a tutti gli adempimenti previsti dalla legislazione. Se volete fare un giro virtuale eccovi il video.

Pluto’s Beach, in the well-known resort town of Bibione, at the head of the Adriatic Sea in Italy’s Veneto region, was awarded the distinction of “Best beach for dogs” by the Italian Ministry of Tourism in February. As of May first it reopened for the summer season for the third year running.
This seaside paradise for canines is located at the extreme eastern end of the Bibione strand (sector 1) and can be reached from Via Procione. It offers a complete range of services to both two-legged and four-legged guests who are supplied with a beach umbrella, beach chairs and sun beds, an anchor for leashes, bags to collect doggie poo, a dog bowl for drinking, fresh running water and information on area veterinarians should health problems arise. Your dog will be free to swim in the surf, laze on the sand or on a sun bed, just play on the beach or even take an agility course.
