Lo hanno curato e gli hanno messo una protesi con una rotella e Lui non ne sembra scontento. Non ha dolore, è in grado di urinare e defecare, e può di nuovo correre e camminare. The cheerful little Pekinese shown above reached the Thomas O’Connor Animal Control Center in Springfield, Massachusetts as a stray with his hind legs paralyzed, probably from being hit by a car.
“He’s very lucky in that a lot of dogs that do get spinal cord trauma don’t have such a great fate”. says Dr. Lauren Atkins of the center. “He’s able to urinate and defecate, and he’s in no pain. So he’s a perfect candidate for wheels and, therefore, adoption”.
According to the source, he doesn’t even seem to know he’s disabled. This doggie is good-natured, healthy and apparently shoots around like a rocket with his replacement “legs”.
